1.Scope of Procurement

 Scope of this category:

Teaching material layout, priority given to those with simple drawing skills；

Courseware layout, priority given to those with simple drawing skills；

Layout of published picture books, priority given to those with simple drawing skills。

2.Qualification Requirements for Participants

a)   Possess a valid business license

b)   Financial requirements: Enterprises should have good financial and operational conditions, the ability to perform contracts, and no bad business behaviors;

c)   Performance requirements: Must have similar project experience, provide contract content and stamped pages as evidence, and the confidential parts can be hidden;

d)   Operational requirements: Must have an actual operating location.

e)   Units with equity relationships or affiliated relationships are not allowed to participate simultaneously;

f)   Other requirements:

1)   Not in the state of being ordered to close, or having one's property taken over, frozen, or bankrupt;

2)   The pre-qualification documents provided are truthful and not falsified;

3)   If the legal representative, director, supervisor or person in control is the same person for two or more legal persons, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and their holding companies, they are not allowed to apply simultaneously;
