1.Scope of Procurement

 This category scope: storyboard (single link), animation (single link), art + animation (double link), animation full process (storyboard + art + animation), and logo animation.

2.Qualification Requirements for Participants

a)   Possess a valid business license

b)   Financial requirements: The company's financial and operating conditions are good, and they have the ability to perform the contract, with no bad business behaviors;

c)   Performance requirements: Must have similar project experience, and provide contract content page and seal page as evidence, the confidential parts can be hidden;

d)   Operating requirements: Must have actual business premises.

e)   Units with equity or affiliate relationships are not allowed to participate simultaneously;

f)   Other requirements:

1)   Not subject to ordered suspension of business operations or property takeover, freezing and bankruptcy;

2)   The qualification pre-qualification documents provided are not falsified or fraudulent;

3)   Legal representatives, directors, senior management, and actual controllers being the same individual for two or more legal persons, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and their holding companies are not allowed to apply simultaneously;

3.Credit Requirements
