1.Procurement Scope

 Scope of this category: lecture illustration, courseware illustration, publication picture book illustration.

2.Qualification Requirements for Candidates

a)   Have a valid business license

b)   Financial requirements: the company's financial and operating conditions are good, with the ability to fulfill contracts, and no bad business practices;

c)   Performance requirements: must have experience in similar projects, provide contract content and stamped pages as evidence, the confidential part can be hidden;

d)   Operational requirements: must have actual operating premises.

e)   Do not accept units with equity relationships or affiliate relationships to participate at the same time;

f)   Other requirements:

1)   Not in a state of being ordered to close down or to have the property taken over, frozen, or bankrupt;

2)   The pre-qualification documents provided are true and not false or fraudulent;

3)   The legal representative, chairman, supervisor, and actual controller are the same and apply to two or more legal persons, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and their controlling companies, and all are not allowed to apply at the same time;
