Recently, at the Smart Education Forum jointly organized by the Smart Education Working Committee of the China Internet Association and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the first batch of the Smart Education Product and Service Provider Directory was officially released. Three products from New Oriental were included in the list: the Pegasus Personalized Homework System, the Teaching Research Cloud, and the Dual-Teacher AI Classroom.

The initiative was jointly launched by the Smart Education Working Committee of the China Internet Association and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. It was reported that, in order to implement the national digital education strategy, promote the large-scale development of smart education applications, improve the quality of education-related digital products and services, and foster a healthy development ecosystem, the two organizations began openly soliciting entries for the first batch of the Smart Education Product and Service Provider Directory from the public in August 2022.

After the review process, a total of 76 companies were selected. These companies span different segments of the smart education industry, including basic infrastructure, content resources, application services, and general support services. The selected educational products and services support a range of typical smart education scenarios, such as smart homework, smart teaching, smart testing, and smart evaluation.

New Oriental's personalized homework system, teaching research cloud, and dual-teacher AI classroom represent three core products in New Oriental's educational ecosystem, addressing the needs of schools in the "homework," "lesson preparation," and "classroom" teaching scenarios, respectively.

The personalized homework system integrates automatic grading, learning analysis technology, and personalized recommendation algorithms based on a knowledge graph, and supports the "dual reduction" policy by providing tailored assignments to reduce the burden on both teachers and students.

The teaching research cloud helps teachers achieve high-quality, efficient, and intelligent lesson preparation. It leverages a wealth of teaching resources, including a structured premium question bank, courseware, and test papers accumulated over the years. With tools such as "one-click exam creation," "AI lecturer," "smart note-generation tools," and an "interactive game library," the platform enables teachers of all grades and subjects to efficiently prepare high-quality lessons.

The dual-teacher AI classroom, adhering to the goal of providing every child with access to high-quality education, integrates New Oriental's AI technology with offline classrooms to achieve seamless integration. It facilitates frequent interaction between online teachers and students in physical classrooms, greatly enhancing classroom effectiveness and boosting student engagement.
