From 2019 to 2020, since the launch of the public welfare points program, TAL Education Group has been carrying out a relay of love, reaping countless touching moments.

Public welfare is all around us, these moments are like a trickle of comfort to the weary heart.

The "Good Future Dream Plan" will send love parcels containing learning materials to 1000 children in remote mountainous areas

The "Good Future Library" has sent thousands of books to children in Daliang Mountain, Sichuan

"Fighting the Epidemic, Guarding the Future"has sent medical equipment such as ventilators to frontline medical staff

"Guardian Angel, Embrace the Future"has delivered caring meals to medical and epidemic prevention personnel on the front line

"Protecting hard-hit children with love"will provide education, medical care, nutrition packages, and spiritual care for children in rural areas in difficulty through open child care homes.

Ji Yichen is a sixth-grade girl from Shanghai, but she is a bit "unsatisfied" with her life: "We are both happy and 'painful'. We are happy because we have no worries about food and clothing, and 'painful' because we have to participate in various tutoring classes, losing a lot of leisure time."

However, after participating in a poverty alleviation public welfare activity, her thoughts changed completely. She never thought that there are still many children today who, at the same age as her, cannot even have their basic living needs met. As for studying? That is a "luxurious" dream.

So when TAL Education Group organized the "Good Future Dream Action" public welfare donation event, Yichen donated 80,000 points without hesitation, and these were the results of her hard work over the five years.

At TAL Education, study points are earned from daily learning, clocking in, and classroom rewards. It is the accumulation of every effort and the testimony of every progress. It represents one's strength and contribution, more than actual money or items.

In the face of the surprised looks from her parents, little Yichen was very determined, because she knows: "Children everywhere should have a bright future." Books are the key to a bright future, so Yichen hopes that her friends in distant places can see a larger world through books, and pursue a better future together.

Ying Zhaoyu, a mathematics teacher at the TAL Education School in Shanghai, spared no effort to promote the points project to the children in his class. "Faced with the enthusiasm of the children, I often say, contributing all the points is good, but contributing 100 points is also worthy of recognition! There is no distinction in love."

At the time, when I heard about the points public welfare project, I was particularly interested, and this project has several points of excellence: real-time updates on progress, targeted assistance for specific beneficiaries, and more. The children's love has come to fruition, which gives me and other teachers the confidence to genuinely promote it to the students.

In this activity, what makes teacher Zhaoyu happiest is that the children genuinely care about those partners in their hearts. When nearing the end of the term, the kids will always ask: Teacher, how is our activity going? When will the backpacks be delivered (to the children in the mountainous area), can we see the videos and photos of the children in the mountainous area sooner?
