On April 23, the "Spring Blooms, National Recruitment Action" online recruitment webinar of TAL was held on China Media Group Mobile.
To actively respond to the national call to strengthen employment stabilization measures", TAL opened up multiple positions such as product operation, technical R&D, educational operation, teaching research, and functional management to the whole society, playing its role in stabilizing employment and promoting development.
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, the central government has attached great importance to employment, clearly pointing out the need to "comprehensively reinforce employment stabilization policies".
The "Spring Blooms, National Recruitment Action" is a large-scale online recruitment event jointly initiated by China Media Group, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, co-sponsored by China Global Television Network (CGTN) and State Development and Investment Corp Human Resources. The event, themed "State-Owned Enterprises and Leading Enterprises Stabilize Employment, Online Recruitment Gathers Talent", connects corporate recruitment with talent employment needs, helping with employment and resumption of work and production.
At the beginning of the webinar, TAL staff detailed the overview of the company, including corporate culture and values, development history, business system, etc., offering job seekers clear and holistic understanding of TAL and the education industry.
According to the presentation, TAL’s mission is "To empower life-long growth with love and technology". TAL is committed to leveraging cutting-edge global concepts and technologies to drive innovation in educational products, ensuring equitable access to high-quality education for all individuals to realize their potential.

Currently, TAL owns three national-level high-tech enterprises and holds a postdoctoral research workstation accredited by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
To help job seekers have a more intuitive understanding of TAL, a CGTN journalist visited TAL in Beijing.
The journalist first visited the TAL exhibition hall, experienced its self-developed WISROOM Smart Classroom Solution and AI Tutor System, followed by a visit to TAL’s office area.
Later, TAL staff shared detailed insights on topics critical to graduates, including career development opportunities, training mechanisms, compensation packages, and cultural environment.
She stated that TAL's talent concept is "cultivating responsible leaders", and based on this core concept, seeks talent with the four traits of "being eager to learn, having good thinking abilities, being pragmatic, and having a sense of responsibility". TAL hopes to attract outstanding talents from all over the country to practice the mission of "empowering lifelong growth with love and technology".
The online recruitment webinar also included an interactive Q&A session, where TAL staff answered questions from job seekers about the recruitment process, benefits, career development paths, and other issues raised during the live broadcast. The event attracted attention from job seekers across the country, with a peak of 6,200 people watching online simultaneously.
Since early 2022, TAL has collaborated with subsidiaries like Xueersi, Xueersi Online School, and Xueersi·Aizhikang to host multiple online recruitment webinars on platforms such as Kuaishou, Bilibili, and university official channels. These events exclusively targeted recent graduates, offering over 20,000 job opportunities.
