During the event, Xueersi joined CCTN anchor Haixia's "Pomegranate Seed Plan," donating "Mini Museums," learning devices, books, and other educational resources to schools in Guizhou to support the ongoing efforts in education public welfare.
Launched in June this year, this project has collaborated with educational teams from 29 universities, reaching over 120 primary schools nationwide and benefiting more than 20,000 students. The courses, featuring engaging content and practical interaction, helped children build fundamental awareness of AI and inspired their interest in technology and innovation.
Recently, Xueersi's "Children's First AI Class" has been officially made available on the Learning Power platform, allowing access for students and families nationwide.
In the classrooms of Tianlong Central Primary School in Anshun, children showcased great enthusiasm for the AI lesson. Guided by Xueersi teachers and using the "AI Thinkie" tool, they generated future career images, sparking excitement as they envisioned "their grown-up selves." "Seeing 'themselves in the future' made them thrilled, and the class atmosphere was highly vibrant," described Mr. Li.

Apart from AI classes, Xueersi's Natural History team delivered nature exploration lessons. Dr. Zhang Dan led students in observing teaching aids such as mineral fossils and insect specimens, igniting their curiosity about nature. Currently, the ongoing public welfare project "Mini Museums for Children," jointly initiated by Xueersi and Peking University's School of Life Sciences, has reached over 100 schools nationwide and benefited many schools in Guizhou through this initiative.
On September 7, Xueersi participated in the "Pomegranate Seed Plan" reading and donation event in Shanghai. Hosted by CCTV Sports commentator Zeng Kan, the ceremony encouraged children to read actively and explore knowledge. Donations by Xueersi, including learning devices and other educational resources, will continue to support extracurricular learning for children. Additionally, Xueersi partnered with Guizhou Geological Museum Deputy Director Diao Lipin and Dr. Zhang Dan to host an online livestream natural museum exploration for primary and secondary students nationwide, further broadening the reach of public welfare education.

Science education and AI literacy are gaining growing attention. Through initiatives like learning device donations, "Mini Museums for Children," and "Children's First AI Class," Xueersi is advancing the shift from "knowledge delivery" to "thinking empowerment," encouraging more children to develop a keen interest in science and build confidence in innovation.
"'Children's First AI Class' is just the beginning," stated Laura, Executive President of Xueersi Charitable Foundation. "We aim to enable more children to access and understand AI during the developmental stages of their growth. Xueersi will continue driving inclusive education with technology and love, supporting the lifelong growth of every child."
