I. Project Overview

1. Items to be procured: Warehouse production, heavy-duty shelves, and Tob delivery services.

2. Location: The warehouse is located in Tianjin (self-leased warehouse).

3. Service model: Warehouse production + heavy-duty shelves (4 layers, 3 tons) + Tob logistics services.

4. Storage area (Category C): 30,000 ㎡, leased and provided by our company.

5. Estimated shipment volume: B2C 20,000 orders/day; B2B 1-2 orders/month.

6. Operated goods: Books, cultural and creative products, educational toys, smart hardware (electronic) products.

7. Inventory structure: Inventory quantity of 10-15 million volumes, SKU management of over 10,000 items.

8. B2C packaging methods: 40% bubble bags, 60% cartons.

II. Recruitment Requirements

1. Must have independent legal status, company established for more than one year before May 1, 2024.

2. Possess a valid business license.

3. Registered capital not less than RMB 2 million or equivalent foreign currency.

4. Annual operating income of not less than RMB 20 million (or equivalent foreign currency) for at least one year in the past two years.

5. Units with equity relationships or affiliations are not allowed to participate simultaneously.

6. Consortium participation is not accepted.

7. Have a professional warehouse management team and operators capable of providing efficient and accurate warehousing, outbound, and inventory management services.

8. Experience in managing e-commerce warehouses for books and electronic products is preferred.

9. Capable of operating multiple systems.

10. Have an ongoing operational project in the North China region (contract and actual site).

11. Only direct-operated companies are allowed to participate.

III. Application Materials

1. Scanned copy of the business license (PDF version with company stamp).

2. Financial audit report audited by a third-party for 2023 or 2024 (PDF version with company stamp) or other valid proofs.

3. TAL Education Group Tianjin Self-Lease Warehouse Distribution Service Framework Procurement Project Information Form (PDF version with company stamp + Word version).

4. Scanned copies of ongoing project contracts, including the first and last pages (with the company stamp) and key project content clauses (sensitive information can be deleted or covered).

5. ID card (front and back) of the authorized agent, social security certificate for three months or more (scanned copy of the website inquiry or offline inquiry, company-issued social security certificates are invalid).

6. On-site video of ongoing project in the North China region: Record the warehouse from the park entrance (park information) to interior, including actual goods and warehouse video content proving the company’s operations, e.g., system account, logo, uniform branding, etc. The total duration of the video should not exceed 10 minutes, recorded in one or two segments without interruption or splicing.

IV. Other Requirements

1. The company, legal representative, and shareholders must not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement.

2. Not under an order for suspension of business or in a state of property being taken over, frozen, or bankruptcy.

3. The qualification pre-screening documents provided must not be false or falsified.

4. Multiple legal entities with the same legal representative, parent company, wholly-owned subsidiaries, or its holding companies, must not participate simultaneously.

5. Companies with a history of bad behavior in cooperation with our company are not allowed to bid in this recruitment.
