1. Project Overview

1、Procurement Goods: Warehousing production and ToBdistribution services.

2、Location: The warehouse is located in Tianjin or Langfang (self-rented warehouse).

3、Service Mode: Warehousing production +ToBlogistics services.

4、Storage Area (Category C Class): 20000m², leased and provided by our company, providing site and racking inside the warehouse.

5、Estimated daily shipment volume (B2C+B2B): B2C  15000pieces/day; B2B  15000sets/day.

6、Operational Goods: Books, cultural and creative products, educational toys, and smart hardware (electronic) products.

7、Inventory Structure: Inventory quantity 800-1000 million books, SKUmanagement of approximately 10000units.

8、B2CPacking method: 70%bubble bags, 30%cartons.

2. Recruitment Requirements

1、Must have independent legal status, with the company established for more than one year, before July 1, 2023.

2、Possess a valid business license.

3、Registered capital not less than 500million RMB (including) or its equivalent in foreign currency.

4、The annual business income in the past year is not less than 4000million RMB (including) or its equivalent in foreign currency.

5、Participation of entities with equity relations or affiliated relations is not accepted simultaneously.

6、Consortium participation is not accepted.

7、Have a professional warehouse management team and operational personnel, capable of providing efficient and accurate logistics services such as warehousing, outbound, and inventory count.

8、Prior experience in managing e-commerce warehouses for books and electronic products is preferred.

9、Accept purchasing or possessing the weighing and sorting equipment designated by our company(Jingtu Technology weighing and scanning integrated machine equipment).

10、Having ongoing operational projects in the North China region (contracts, actual sites).

11、Participation is limited to direct operating companies.

3. Registration Materials

4、Scanned copy of ongoing project contract, including the first and last pages (with official seal) and key project content terms, sensitive information can be omitted or covered.

5、Identity card of the agent, and social security proof of 3months or more (scanned copy of website query or offline query, company-issued social security proof is invalid).

6、On-site project video footage in the North China region: Recording of the warehouse where the project is located, from the park entrance (park information) to inside the warehouse and introduction, including actual goods. The video content inside the warehouse should prove to be operated by the company, for example: operating system accounts, logo, work uniform markings, etc. The total length of the video should not exceed 10minutes, divided into two segments or one segment, with no interruption or splicing in between.

4. Other Requirements

1、Companies, legal entities, and shareholders must not be listed as dishonest debtors.

2、Not in the status of ordered suspension of business operations, property takeover, freezing, or bankruptcy.

3、The prequalification documents provided shall not be fraudulent or false.

4、The legal representatives of two or more legal entities, mother companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and their holding companies shall not participate simultaneously.

5、Entities with a record of adverse behavior in historical cooperation with our company are not allowed to participate in this tender.

Note: If any information is falsified, the qualification to participate in the bid will be canceled upon discovery, and cooperation will be indefinitely terminated.
