1.Scope of procurement

 Category includes: mouthpiece (individual/multiple), plot (double/multiple), empty lens + mixed cutting (shooting + cutting), pure editing. Note: No deployment involved.

2.Eligibility requirements for bidders

a)   Possess a valid business license (company established for not less than 1 year, with a capital of not less than 1 million RMB)

b)   Financial requirements: The enterprise has good financial and operating conditions, with the ability to perform contracts and no bad business behavior;

c)   Performance requirements: Must have similar project experience, provide contract content page, stamped page as proof, confidential parts can be hidden; (at least provide 1)

d)   Operational requirements: Have an actual operating location.

e)   Do not accept entities with equity relationships or affiliated relationships to participate simultaneously;

f)   Other requirements:

1)   Not under orders to cease operations or have their properties been taken over, frozen, or in bankruptcy status;

2)   The submitted prequalification documents are not false or fraudulent;

3)   The legal representative, directors, and actual controllers of two or more legal persons, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and their holding companies shall not apply simultaneously;

Extra points: (Must meet the above qualification requirements)

g) Historical experience in producing material content for educational brands.

h) Office located in Beijing, Tianjin, and second-tier cities or above.

3.Reputation requirements

This recruitment adopts a veto punitive measure against discredited persons.
