1. Procurement Product Scope

Production, transportation, installation, and after-sales service of student desks and chairs in stores nationwide.

Basic requirements for the products: the table legs and chair legs are made of steel, and the table tops and chair seats are made of injection-molded materials.

2. Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. Have independent legal personality;

2. Have a valid business license, and the company has been registered for more than one year;

3. Registered capital of the company is RMB 10 million or more;

4. Have experience in the same category of projects;

5. The company's financial and operational status are good, with the ability to fulfill contracts and no bad business behaviors.

3. Supplier Credit Requirements

1. Is not under an order to close down, have its property taken over, frozen, or in bankruptcy;

2. The application materials provided are not false or fraudulent;

3. The legal representative, directors, supervisors, and actual controllers of the applicant are not allowed to apply at the same time;

4. Adopt a veto punishment for dishonesty and enforcement.

4. Registration Requirements

1. Provide the following documents

1) Business license (stamp version);

2) Provide the contract content page and stamp page as evidence of experience in the same category of projects, and the confidential parts can be hidden;

3) Company introduction.
