1. Project Overview

1. Procurement: warehousing and distribution services.

2. Regions: Central and Eastern China (suppliers need to quote for both regions).

3. Service Mode: integrated warehousing and distribution (warehousing space, sorting services, and logistics distribution services are provided by the same supplier).

4. Estimated warehouse space (type II): 6000m².

5. Planned expansion of warehouse rental area: 6000m² (gradual expansion, priority to the same park).

6. Estimated daily shipment volume (2c+2b): 2C: 10,000 orders/day 2B: 100 orders/day.

7. Operational goods: books, creative products, educational toys, smart hardware (electronic) products.

8. SKU management volume: 11,000, pallet variety ratio: 44%, light-duty shelf variety ratio: 56%. 

2. Recruitment Requirements

1. Must have independent legal qualifications, the company has been established for more than one year, before January 9, 2022;

2. Possess a valid business license and a valid road transportation operation permit;

3. Registered capital not less than RMB 5 million or the equivalent in foreign currency;

4. The annual business income in the past year is not less than RMB 40 million or the equivalent in foreign currency;

5. Units with equity or affiliated relationship are not accepted to participate at the same time;

6. Consortium participation is not accepted.

3. Financial audit report audited by a third party in 2021 or 2022 (stamped PDF version)

4. Reputation Requirement

Use veto disciplinary measures against dishonest persons subject to execution.
