As a privately-run educational institution and non-public economy organization, Haiwai's party members have characteristics such as a young average age, wide geographic distribution, and a large number of high-end talents. Therefore, Haiwai has implemented the "three-convergence working method" of party building, deeply integrating party building work with practical business, technological channels, and ideological and political education, to make party building work practical and effective.

First, party building work is deeply integrated with practical business. Haiwai insists that the members of the party committee cross-serve with the group's senior management, and the group's party committee has a full-time party secretary, with several senior managers of the group serving as deputy secretaries. There are more than 2,000 party members in the group serving in various leadership positions, and more than 20 grassroots party organizations have been established in 22 cities nationwide. In order to bring out the positive role of party members in grassroots party building, Haiwai requires party members to solidify their learning and practice by conducting theme party days, and organizing party member studies to strengthen spiritual leadership.

According to reports, the Haiwai Party Committee has set the goal of "sticking to the original aspiration, fulfilling the mission, finding gaps, and implementing practical measures" and has carried out various forms of themed educational studies. Relying on the corporate internal public welfare platform, the Haiwai Party Committee has also built a bridge between the party members, designating every Wednesday as the members' public welfare day, leading the party members to participate in the operation service of the Beijing School for Children of Migrant Workers - Public Welfare Library. On May 8, 2019, the general branch committee of the Haidian District Committee Office visited the Haiwai Group and participated in the "Starting and Preach Activities of Xueersi Moral Education Series Elective Courses with the Theme of 'Loving the Party and the Country to Build a Shared Future'", and cooperated with the Haiwai Group Party Committee in pair-building. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the study for the vast number of students, since the outbreak of the epidemic, Haiwai Group has continuously launched a public welfare campaign to assist in epidemic prevention and control, accompanying students and families nationwide.

In response to the COVID-19 epidemic, the Haiwai Party Committee organized all party members, active party applicants and integrated new employees to support epidemic prevention and control work. On January 26, Haiwai Group announced the establishment of a special anti-epidemic fund of 100 million yuan.
