I. Project Overview

1. Project Background: TAL Group has initiated an inquiry into cooperative intentions with full-scope category customization suppliers to recruit and reserve high-quality suppliers. 2. Main Service Content: Relevant annual festival gift boxes and cultural and creative customized products of TAL Group.

II. Recruitment Requirements

1. Corporate Qualification:a. Registered as an independent legal entity within China in accordance with the law, with a registration period of no less than one year (before September 1, 2024).b. Good social credit and corporate reputation, not listed as a dishonest executor, a major tax law violator, on the directory of abnormal operations, or on the list of serious violations of law and dishonesty.c. No serious defaults, major accidents/complaints, and excellent reputation in the industry in the past three years.d. Not subject to business suspension, property under regulatory control/freezing, or bankruptcy status.
2. Registered Capital: No less than RMB 5 million or equivalent foreign currency.
3. Financial Capability: Acceptance of post-payment terms.
4. Team Requirements:a. Establish a special project team (8-10 members) covering functions such as project management, planning, design, procurement, quality control, logistics, and warehousing.b. All team members must be full-time employees and meet professional role requirements.c. Product after-sales strategy and after-sales services.d. Photography and production of promotional images, videos, detail diagrams, and promotional materials.
5. Capability Requirements:a. Theme design of projects, full-scope selection and overall process management, with project experience involving well-known enterprises in the industry (must be able to deliver multiple sets of customized gift box solutions simultaneously).b. Capability to build online redemption systems.c. Supply chain management and delivery of customized products (including production of promotional materials).d. Formulation and implementation of after-sales service strategies.
6. Other Requirements:a. Does not accept applications from companies with a shareholding relationship.b. Does not accept joint applications.c. Only direct operating companies are eligible to apply.d. Able to ship to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and other countries and regions abroad and issue invoices within the forms of foreign entities.

III. Application Materials

1. Scanned copy of the business license (stamped PDF version) and recruitment information form.
2. The 2024 financial audit report audited by a third party (stamped PDF version) or other valid proofs.
3. Case demonstrations of full-process planning projects within the past two years (2-3 cases; PDF format; scanned copies of project contracts under performance, including the first and last pages with official seals and key project terms. Sensitive content can be deleted or redacted), including themes, integration with cultural concepts, product designs, copywriting, promotional videos, and detail diagrams.
4. Scans of both sides of the authorized representative's ID card and social security certification for three months or more (query from the website or offline scan copies; certifications issued by the company are invalid).

Note: Company introductions must be complete. Cases submitted must be those independently executed by the applying company and cannot include cases from employees' former companies or customers obtained from an upstream company.

IV. Other Requirements

1. Companies, legal representatives, and shareholders must not be listed as dishonest executors.
2. Companies must not be in a state of business suspension, property seizure, freezing, or bankruptcy.
3. Prequalification documents provided must be truthful and free of falsification.
4. Companies with the same legal representatives or relationships, such as parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and their controlling shareholders, cannot apply simultaneously.
5. Companies with a history of bad records in past collaborations with us are not eligible for this recruitment.

Note: Any falsification of information will result in disqualification and permanent exclusion from future partnerships.
