Open Frontier Technology Courses, Building a Shared Learning Platform

Relying on TAL's smart education and AI open platform, the TAL AI Cloud Classroom gathers a group of lecturers who are both knowledgeable and technically proficient, with rich experience and innovative personal insights in their professional fields. Currently, the TAL AI Cloud Classroom focuses on nine frontier areas of smart education, offering courses in these areas. As of now, there are courses available in nine internet career directions with more than 50 courses in total. The courses in the artificial intelligence field account for one-third of the total, including a series of sub-courses such as speech recognition, neural networks, machine learning, and deep learning. Additionally, there are courses in big data, databases, backend, frontend, mobile development, cloud-native, testing, and basic computer skills. In the future, courses for new internet careers such as product management, UI design, and operations will be introduced.

According to a representative of the TAL AI Cloud Classroom, the newly launched courses are primarily small classes that are easy to study. Small classes aim to keep each lesson under 30 minutes to facilitate users' learning during their spare time. The easy-study approach ensures that the course content is easy to understand, using methodologies to stimulate learners' thinking, allowing users to study effortlessly. The content of the courses includes the latest theoretical achievements in smart education from the past three years, aiming to cover new technologies, new directions, and new futures comprehensively for internet careers, creating a shared learning platform that breaks through the career development field and seizes new opportunities.

The first batch of online courses is expected to go live in early May, covering areas such as neural networks, cloud-native, and large frontend.

Sharing Quality Resources and Experiences, Promoting Educational Equity

As a representative of technology and education enterprises, TAL has 20 years of experience in education and educational technology research accumulation. In particular, TAL is at the forefront of applying artificial intelligence in educational scenarios to promote educational equity. Not only has TAL achieved the widespread application of AI in online education, such as Meixue intelligent homework, AI classrooms, learning data visualization, and intelligent learning devices, but it also actively leverages the power of educational technology to expand the coverage of high-quality educational resources. Through cooperation with the TAL Philanthropy Foundation, it has carried out educational public welfare projects such as TAL M School smart research rooms, dual-teacher AI classrooms, and intelligent self-learning rooms in remote areas, effectively solving the problem of unequal distribution of quality educational resources.
