Recently, YAN Ying, Vice-Chairman of the Beijing CPPCC and President of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, led a team to visit TAL Group for research and discussions on the theme of "Establishing a Correct View of Interests and Creating the Beijing Model of Bright Career". AN Youwen, member of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce Party Leadership Group and Secretary-General, chaired the meeting.

YAN Ying pointed out that in recent years, TAL Education Group has actively fulfilled its social responsibilities, engaging in counterpart cooperation, rural revitalization, and social welfare. The company was consecutively selected into the "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Beijing for Social Responsibility" list in 2023 and 2024, demonstrating its dedication and sense of responsibility. As a private enterprise in the capital, TAL should enhance its patriotic sentiments and strive to be an exemplary builder of socialism with Chinese characteristics, serving as a model of patriotism and professionalism, integrating enterprise development with national development. TAL should also aim to be a model of lawful business operation, continually establishing and improving modern enterprise systems, and maintaining a clear and clean government-business relationship. Moreover, TAL should strive to be a model of entrepreneurship and innovation, firmly following the path of high-quality development and cultivating new development advantages. Additionally, TAL should aim to be a model of social contribution, continuously shaping an image of wealth with responsibility, righteousness, and compassion, actively participating in the "Wanquixing Wancun" (Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalizing Ten Thousand Villages) initiative in the Beijing suburbs, leveraging its technological and resource advantages to benefit the public and promote the balanced development of educational resources, thereby uncovering new growth points for enterprise development.

YAN Ying also emphasized the need for TAL to accelerate reform and innovation, positioning itself as a promoter of Beijing's development in the new era, actively participating in the "Five Simultaneous Actions" and integrating into the new development pattern. TAL should align its transformation and upgrading with the development of Beijing in the new era, promoting new business forms, technologies, products, and scenarios, focusing on the needs of the education sector in Beijing and its vast number of teachers and students, and better utilizing the advantages of the smart education platform to continuously explore the new model of "Artificial Intelligence + Education".

Before the meeting, the research group visited the Xueersi Academy on site. Responsible officials from relevant departments of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the United Front Work Department, the Beijing Development and Reform Commission, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce participated in the research.
