The construction funds are self-raised (source of funds), and the project's investment ratio is 100%. This project already meets comparative selection conditions, and now it is open for supplier recruitment.

2.Overview of specialized contracted projects and procurement scope

2.1  The construction scale of this project: 127670㎡.

2.2  The construction site of this project: Qiliqinan Village, Shahe Town, Changping District, Beijing, QLQ-004 Plot.

2.3  The construction period requirement for this specialized contracted project is 210 calendar days.

2.4  The procurement scope of this specialized contracted project:

All contents shown on the interior decoration and construction drawings in the B3~F9 areas of the building for this project.The decoration scale of this project is about80000㎡; The construction plan is to be divided into2 sections.

3. Qualification requirements for candidates

3.1.      The registered capital of the candidate for this selection should be at or above 5000million (inclusive); And it must possess independent legal status.

3.2.      Qualification requirements:

3.2.1.     The specialized contracting qualification for building decoration and decoration is first-class or above.

3.2.2.     The specialized design qualification for architectural decoration is first-class or above.

(The above qualifications must be possessed simultaneously).

3.3.      The candidate must possess a valid safety production license.

3.4.      From January 1st, 2018 to the present, it has completed decoration projects with a specialized construction amount of 5000 million or more and a construction area of 20000 square meters or more of completed office decoration and decoration projects.

3.5.      The enterprise's financial and business conditions are good, with the ability to fulfill contracts, no bad business behaviors; and it has corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.

3.6.      This comparative selection does not accept joint venture participation.

3.7.      Other requirements:Do not accept units with equity relationships or related relationships simultaneously participating in the comparative selection.

4.Creditrequirements

This comparative selection takes disqualifying punitive measures against dishonest persons who have been executed.

6. Qualification review
