Currently, Good Future has more than 26,000 employees, with an average age of 26. Among them, 4,978 are party members, accounting for nearly 20% of the total. In terms of talent attraction, the company participates in campus recruitment from top Chinese universities, and the majority of employees come from these universities, especially for the position of teachers. The majority of talent for teaching comes from 985 and 211 universities. It is preferred to hire college students who are members of the Party, as outstanding talents who are close to the Party organization and meet political requirements during their university years are more likely to join the Party, which is an important reason for the relatively high proportion of party members among our staff.

Since the implementation of the new "Private Education Promotion Law" in September, it officially recognizes the legal status of teachers in non-public enterprises, especially in private education institutions. Good Future Group also plays a leading role in the professional development of Party member teachers in the entire education and training industry.

In addition to the policy support of the "Private Education Promotion Law," Good Future Education Group actively participates in the promotion of professional level certification for teachers in counseling institutions by the Chinese Society of Education. In the first phase of certification, more than 500 teachers within Good Future Education Group passed the teacher's professional development level certification, and more than 40 teachers simultaneously obtained advanced teacher level certification.
