This cross-industry collaboration integrates TuoZhu Technology's 3D printing hardware expertise with Xueersi's Big Science STEM education system, centering on the core objective of "Turning children's dreams into possibilities," and provides a new solution for implementing STEM education under the framework of the new curriculum standards.

Xueersi's Big Science, in collaboration with TuoZhu Technology, will launch a 3D printing course.

According to a report from DuoZhi on December 8, Xueersi's Big Science, in collaboration with TuoZhu Technology, officially launched a new 3D printing course during a product exchange event. This course is set to debut in the winter holiday of 2026.

This interdisciplinary collaboration integrates TuoZhu Technology's 3D printing hardware expertise with Xueersi's Big Science STEM education system under the core goal of "Turning children's dreams into possibilities." It offers innovative solutions to implement STEM education within the context of the new curriculum standards.

As the core outcome of this collaboration, the new 3D printing course adopts an innovative PBL (Project-Based Learning) teaching methodology. By driving student-led investigations through real-world problems, the course enables mastery of interdisciplinary knowledge in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics via a "Creativity–Design–Printing–Validation" closed-loop learning model.

Supported by TuoZhu Technology's 3D printing equipment, the course is paired with Xueersi's Big Science's customized curriculum system to achieve an end-to-end process from theoretical learning to tangible results validation.

From a curriculum content perspective, the course includes foundational tutorials on model design, facilitating freeform creation and precise parameter adjustments from sketches to 3D models. It also incorporates AI technology and 3D scanning functionalities, creating an innovative educational scenario that transitions "from consumption to creation." By implementing natural language commands, students can design personal collectibles. Furthermore, AI augmentation helps optimize structural models, encouraging students to evolve from "playing Pop Mart" to "designing Pop Mart," nurturing them as collectible toy designers. Meanwhile, 3D scanning technology enables precise replication and reverse engineering of real-world objects, bridging creativity and reality.

The curriculum also offers diverse practical scenarios where 3D printing technology is integrated with toys and robotics education. This allows children to create their personalized toy worlds while fostering innovations in robotic competition designs, ultimately transforming creativity into embodied intelligent outputs.

Additionally, Xueersi's Big Science aligns the course with official recognition activities such as youth electronic information and intelligent control innovation showcases. Students participating in the course can earn the honorary title of "Digital Creator," thereby accumulating credentials to bolster holistic skill development.

Shenzhen TuoZhu Technology Co., Ltd., founded by a group of 3D printing enthusiasts with a strong R&D background, boasts expertise spanning fields such as mechanical and mechanics design, motion control, computer vision, artificial intelligence, embedded software, and cloud computing. TuoZhu Technology strives to reduce costs and enhance quality through advanced production processes, producing high-quality, user-friendly desktop 3D printers.

“TuoZhu Technology is dedicated to embedding 3D printing technology into more scenarios, with education being a key focus area. Xueersi Big Science’s educational philosophy and course design capabilities have revealed the immense potential of 3D printing to empower youth development,” a TuoZhu Technology representative shared, explaining the motivation behind their collaboration with Xueersi Big Science.
